The fact of the matter is, today is a changing market and buyers are looking around before they make a decision. Even the most popular real estate website in the world is only getting 8.4% of the real estate traffic. This means that if your real estate agent is only advertising on REALTOR.ca then you could be missing as much as 92% of the buyers out there. The goal of advertising today is “Distribution not Destination”. It used to be acceptable to say that we only advertised on a few websites, but not today. It’s crucial that your real estate agent advertise on as many websites as they can, if they don’t you’re the one that’s losing out!
